Tom serves as Senior Investment Advisor for Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., specializing in the sale of retail and investment property in New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts. With 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Fini has secured commercial and investment transactions valuing in excess of $280 million. During his affiliation with Sperry Van Ness, Tom was ranked in the top 5% of brokers nationally.

Fini formed The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. to specialize in investment grade, premium properties of all types. Previously, Fini served as principal for First Financial Communications Group, an advertising agency specializing in marketing properties for the REO Departments of regional and national banks.

Active in his profession, Fini holds brokers licenses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute scholarship recipient. He is a member of the Commercial Industrial Board of REALTORS and the Chamber of Commerce.

Fini is also active in the community and is a Special Olympics Winners Circle member, a partner in The Smile Train and a Boys and Girls Club sponsor.

Fini attended Northeastern University where he studied marketing.

Matt serves as an Advisor for Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., specializing as a leasing specialist in office, retail and industrial property. Since joining The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., Matt has successfully closed a number of high profile transactions for regional and national Fortune 500 companies.

Matt's ability to thoroughly research and analyze financial and marketing strategies, has allowed him to achieve instant success and recognition as a much sought after advisor for The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc.

Prior to joining The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc., Matt served in various capacities of finance management for high tech and leading edge firms such as Amherst Technologies, which was acquired by PC Connection.

Toolin is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Hampshire and earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College.

Leighanne is responsible for the day to day activities that allow our team of brokers and our clients to stay informed on every aspect of their real estate transactions. Some activities include brochure development, advertising programs, social media administration and management of client services for buyers and sellers from the inception of listing a property to the closing and continuing services thereafter.

She began her career with The Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. in September 2009. Leighanne has a background in real estate administration with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

She earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from New Hampshire College.

Administrative & Accounting Services

Carol serves as Administrative Assistant/Accountant for the company's transactions. She has more than twenty-five years of executive administrative experience which includes all aspects of the day-today operations of a commercial real estate firm.
